Marigold Coptic Stitch Photo Album

We're all terrible about photos. They pile up, their files sit on computers, we're reluctant to have prints made until we decide on just the right images...

It will sound trite, but special events deserve a special home, and our albums are a beautiful match for the wedding, birthday, family, party, and/or vacation photos that have been waiting patiently for you to find them just the right home.

This Marigold-patterned album is bound entirely by hand from luxe Japanese silkscreened paper, heavyweight printmaking paper, and chocolate brown waxed Irish linen thread.

Coptic stitch binding is self-reinforcing with a visible, knotted spine and the structure allows the album to lie flat when open.

The album features bright yellow covers with a simple yet bold pattern of white blossoms. The cover paper is chiyogami, a vibrant and almost fabric-like Japanese silkscreened paper. The pages are hand-torn heavyweight, cream-colored printmaking paper with feathery deckled edges.

Our albums are constructed to be used and enjoyed, and to last for generations. We hope you enjoy using them as much as we enjoy making them.

Dimensions

Available in 8″ × 8″ or 10" x 10" dimensions, and approximately 1.5" thick.
 

• The album has 30 pages and can hold 60 photos, with one photo to each side of the page.
• Spacers are built in to accommodate the addition of photos.
• 250 archival photo corners are included.
